Mario holds a degree in Computer Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the Dominican Republic, with over 12 years of professional experience in the field.

He has worked as a system administrator at the Central Bank of Haiti (BRH) and is currently the digital project coordinator at Sarpad.
